Duties & Responsibilities

Data Analysis
Document the evaluation methodology and constraints;
Analyze data collected from the midterm evaluation;
Prepare a final analysis and report responding the questions outlined in the section, “Questions to be Answered” based on the data evaluated.
Final Evaluation Report
Mercy Corps staff and the donor, USAID, will be the primary users of the evaluation results. Keeping this in mind, the final evaluation report should include the following:
• Executive summary and main findings;
• Main text (not to exceed 30 pages) to include index, evaluation methodology, commentary and analysis;
• Appendices, to include evaluation SOW, list of persons interviewed and documents reviewed.

Job Requirements

• BS/MS, international development with a focus on program monitoring and evaluation or other relevant field
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the areas of program development, monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methodologies.
Advanced computer skills and experience developing data management systems required
