Job Summary

The Contract Manager will be responsible for the development, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. This role requires a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to security services, as well as exceptional negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will ensure that all contractual obligations are met while minimizing risk and maximizing value for the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Contract Development: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for security services, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to mitigate those risks while protecting the company's interests.

- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns promptly.

- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including security-related requirements.

- Performance Evaluation: Monitor contract performance and compliance, conducting regular reviews to ensure that service delivery meets contractual obligations.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment and support for contract execution and management.

- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and correspondence related to contract management.

- Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to staff on contract management processes and best practices.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management practices and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A JD or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.

Minimum of [5] years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the Logistics and Security industry.
• Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex contracts and large-scale projects.
