The Contract Officer shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
1. Registration of subcontractor for the construction contracts.
2. Evaluation of the subcontractors for construction projects.
3. Provision of bidding documents at the stage of announcement of projects.
4. Distribution and recollection of bidding documents according to the policy of RRCC.
5. Participation in the bidding evaluation committee as a key member and note and report all the decision to contracts manager, COO and Director of the company.
6. Preparation of the mutual contract documents for small job contracts and as well for big job contracts.
7. Recording, checking, evaluation, and process of Payments for the achieved work of subcontractors closely with Construction, and Finance departments.
8. Preparation of the amendment documents all related contractual issues for the clients of RRCC.
9. Ability to establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with those in the team of work at all levels, with a focus on quality service to internal staff and external clients.
1. Holds Bachelor or Ms Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or having the same degree in Political Since, Economics or Business administration from a reputable institution
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Excellent knowledge of computers Ms Office.
4. At least two years of experience of contracts administration.
5. Familiar with the procedure and process of the US Army Corps of Engineers projects.
