Job Summary

MAIL is Seeking Competent Staff at National and Provincial Levels.

Duties & Responsibilities

This support will include but not limited to:


The Cook is responsible to make lunch for all the staff and guests and tea during the official time.

Determine food needs and quantities based upon daily usage.

Purchase food items.

Maintain clean working areas and make sure that all the kitchen utensil are clean and in a proper place.

Over all responsibilities of the kitchen management.

Perform any other related job as advised by the immediate supervisor or line manager.

Work for additional hours whenever required.

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:


At least 2 years related work experience in a similar post in National or International NGOs, government offices, Companies or a UN-agency.

High school education is an advantage.

Familiarity with using relevant equipment such as micro wave, etc.

Must be healthy and highly favorable behavior.

Must be reliable, trustworthy, and a good team worker.

Flexible in working hours.

Good time management.
