Job Summary

A cook/cleaner is responsible for the daily preparation of food items, cleaning the office and does any other tasks assigned by Office Responsible.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Prepares all food items directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
2. Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the office Responsible

3. Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
4. Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
5. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
6. Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Office Responsible at any time.

Job Requirements

1. Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
2. Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
3. Previous prep or line cook experience.
