The incumbent is responsible for day to day Recruitment and manpower matters. Assist Specialist in all matters that include handling of employee personal files, offer letters, employment contracts, rejection letters etc.
Ensure that practices are aligned with HR policies and employees are aware of Recruitment Policies.
• Assist in maintaining and updating all personnel records of all staff.
• Assist in communication and implementation of all HR Recruitment and Manpower policies and initiatives.
• Screens, shortlists, and arrange interview.
• Support HR Advisor and Recruitment and Training Coordinator with issuing and monitoring of offer letters, contracts of employment and letters advising of contractual changes.
• To maintain and develop knowledge of the HR and training and development issues and other relevant priorities.
• Work on timely preparation of maintenance and provision of information in support of project operations.
• Collect and process data records of employees.
• Assist Specialist in operational and administrative work.
• Report writing and documentation for HRA unit.
Min Bachelors.
