Position Overview
The Corporate Sales Manager will drive B2B and Direct Sales revenue growth by managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and developing strategies to exceed targets. This role requires building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to align sales efforts with company goals.

Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new markets and opportunities through competitor and trend analysis.

Account Management
- Manage key corporate accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Upsell/cross-sell products/services to maximize account value.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales Executive
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
Sales Operations
- Forecast sales, track metrics, and refine strategies using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align initiatives.
Client Relationships
- Cultivate long-term partnerships and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies.
- Prepare detailed sales reports for senior leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years in corporate/B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- 2+ years in sales leadership, including team management.
Skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis.
