Job Summary
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for the following tasks:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible to monitor and control the access of the customer in our premises in order to provide and serve with the core value of customer care within the given and assign SLA.
- Responsible to organize the training modules for capital development and product knowledge improvement.
- Responsible for preparing daily Sales Report/feedback report/ visitor visit purpose report of the brand shops and report it to the commercial supervisor on time.
- Responsible for improving our brand visibility as a recognized brand to the customer within the Kandahar region.
- Responsible to lead and work together with the Regional Team to achieve the monthly target.
- Responsible to maintain the team sales receipt/ Sales Invoice, SAF Submission record, activation record via 700 (if any) Swap Sims, etc.
- Improve the cross functions process in order to get active SLA with them.
- You will be responsible to cross-check/visits the brand shops and submit your report for any recommendation to the Commercial Supervisor.
- Ensure to provide the best customer care and sales service in our brand shops.
- Implement customer comments cards in all brandshops.
- You will be responsible not to sell in the bulk to any customer.
- Ensure to track the daily visits of customers and solve cases by brand shops executives all over the region.
- You will be responsible for the marketing activities, Posters, Signage and other material to be provided to the region brand shops for brand visibility.
- You will be responsible to do cross-survey and monitoring of your assigned area.
- Responsible to create a pleasant working environment among the team.
- Responsible to arrange special occasions in order to motivate the team.
- Any other task assign by Head of Department for the need of a daily operation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills (Dari, Pashto, and English)
- Good Knowledge of computer skills (especially in Excel and Ms. Word along with presentation skills).
- At least 3 years of work experience in the same field or similar fields.
- Business Communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work beyond normal work hours.
