Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure excellent customer service, manage telephonic sales, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Manager. The individual will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, driving sales through physical & phone-based interactions, and performing secretarial duties to support the Country Manager’s operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, or other communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Provide detailed information regarding company products and services to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from customers and relay relevant insights to the Country Manager or relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to enhance retention and loyalty through personalized service and proactive follow-ups.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls & Physical visits to potential and existing customers, introducing company products/services and offering solutions based on customer needs.
  • Identify and qualify leads through phone calls and follow up on prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers, ensuring all sales are documented and processed in the sales system.
  • Maintain records of calls, sales activities, and conversions, reporting key metrics in CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel, ensuring timely reminders and proper coordination.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and ensure action items are tracked. Take and distribute meeting minutes as required.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Country Manager, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the Country Manager. Ensure accurate filing and document organization.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Country Manager, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting any additional tasks as required.


Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support. Experience in the logistics industry is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email management tools.

Customer Handling & Sales Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage sales activities, including outbound calls and lead conversions.
