Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kabul Office. This role combines customer interaction with key operational, administrative, and financial responsibilities to ensure seamless branch operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally at the branch.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist customers with account setup, service subscriptions, and technical support requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

2. Operational (Administrative and Financial):

  • Maintain accurate records of daily branch activities, including customer interactions, sales, and service requests.
  • Manage billing and payment collections, ensuring timely updates to customer accounts.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including cash flow, expense tracking, and sales records.
  • Handle branch inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels of promotional materials and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for invoice processing, petty cash management, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing appointments for the technical and sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

3. Sales Support:

  • Promote and upsell company services to existing and potential customers.
  • Provide information on pricing, promotions, and service features.
  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate marketing outreach.

4. Coordination and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with technical teams for service installations and issue resolution.
  • Liaise with the head office for operational updates, policy changes, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and submit operational and financial reports to branch management and head office.


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or financial operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and customer management systems (CRM).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and financial processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in Dari, Pashto and English is preferred.
