Job Summary

The incumbent will perform the duties but will not be limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Translating documents, reports, and news packages from Dari to Pashto and vice versa
• Any other relevant tasks given by the news manager

Job Requirements

Education:
• High School (Finished)

Experience:
• At least 3 years work experience in the relevant field

Skills:
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in local languages including English
• Complete familiarity with journalistic and national terminology
• Confident, intelligent, and relaxed
• Excellent typing speed of Dari and Pashto
• Punctual and tactful
• Basic Computer skills (Familiarity with Adobe Flash/ Premier, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Audition)
• Organizational skills
• Creativity
