AISA, Multi Location
Collects edits, processes, and coordinates research data in support of a specified research study or group of studies. Arranges and conducts field interviews as appropriate to the study, and records research data in accordance with specified protocol and procedures. He/she will travel to various provincial and central companies and businesses as appropriate to the objectives of the study.
1. Conduct surveys, interviews, questionnaires and other data collection activities as requested by senior staff in the department.
2. Conduct field visit and ability to travel to assigned areas from head of department for collecting data.
3. Collect, compile, store and manage data on registered businesses collected from surveys and questionnaires.
4. Identify “inactive” businesses in Afghanistan and provide regular reports to his/her supervisor.
5. Enter data into a computer database and/or spreadsheet application for subsequent analysis.
6. Develop or assist in the development of interview schedules; contacts potential subjects to introduce and explain study objectives and to arrange interviews, either in person or by telephone.
7. Prioritize and organize various activities and should aid the sector analysts when it comes to data collection and investigation analysis
8. Provide updates to the sector analysts and for preparing monthly and annual reports regarding various activities
9. Develop good client relations, to assist with updating improvements within databases, to monitor client expectations, to record all client feedback and other related duties and responsibilities.
10. Review the existing data and to change or update when it is necessary
11. Any other task or responsibility as assigned by the supervisor and head of department.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
Experience:
At least 1 year relevant experience.
Understanding and practical knowledge of data collection and survey

Language Requirements:
Fluency in both written and spoken Pashtu, Dari and English,
