JOB SUMMARY
Data collection officer will work with the Analysis and Evaluation Department of AISA. He/ She will be responsible for coordinating, conducting and collecting data’s from interviews, questionnaires, sites and various other methods of collecting data. Being able to travel to provincial and central companies and businesses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Conducting surveys, interviews, questionnaires and other data collection activities as requested by senior staff in the department.
Conducting field visit and ability to travel to assigned areas from head of department for collecting data.
Collecting, compiling, storing and managing data on registered businesses collected from surveys and questionnaires.
Preparing activity report of businesses upon request, through on-site visits.
Identifying “inactive” businesses in Afghanistan and providing regular reports to his/her supervisor.
Reviewing the AISA database, and regularly verifying if the registered information of businesses is accurate and up-to-date.
Any other task or responsibility as assigned by the supervisor and head of department.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field with a minimum of three years of experience in the relevant field.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Excellent analysis/evaluation skills, Ability to work effectively with better assessment backgrounds, Ability to work technically, Excellent oral and written communications skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Excellent problem solving and stress management skills,Advanced computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Excel other research software are desired.
