Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to create a data base and collecte data from the monthly, quarterly and annual reports and enter into database under the supervision of head of department and M&E.
We are looking for a Short Term Consultant to provide the services below for Public Service Monitoring Department of Integrity Watch Afghanistan for duration of Three months.

Term of Reference:
Data base creation and reporting Consultancy
as a Reporting and data base consultant for Integrity Watch Afghanistan, you will generate and create a proper data base for the report requirement both the stakeholders and Integrity Watch Afghanistan management use. Working in an almost 8 hours, 5 days a week environment, the Reporting consultant will also ensure that all reports and information/data are collected, entered to a proper developed data base in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

Function and Objectives of the Position:

Creating a data base and Data Entry into database

Data collection and cleaning

Export data to Ms. Access or any other proper data base.

Maintain entered questionnaires clean, safe and filed.

Label and keep questionnaires separate for services, ministry or other governmental department and project.
Responsibilities, tasks and duties:

Database knowledge, Understanding the research methodology, questionnaire, and research report as well data entry.

Enter and compile all collected data from PSM target governmental entities, CSCs into the database,

Compare data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in case of errors.

Code, file and maintain the entered questionnaires in a suitable manner;

Job Requirements

Education:
Bachelor degree in relevant field.
Professional experience 3 year working experiences in data base development, data entry and analysis.
Knowledge, expertise and capabilities:
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and excel, and excellent typing skill. Prior experiences in this field.
Technical skills:
Data base creating, data entry into data base, Typing, understanding survey questionnaires and research reports
Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken Dari and Pashto languages, as well as English.
Computer skills Word, Excel, Database & data entry, excellent typing speed.

Personal qualities:
Interpersonal skills and well disciplined.
