Analyze and gather requirements for the Women Empowerment in Agriculture Index (WEAI) MIS.
Analyze and gather requirements for the Women Empowerment in Agriculture Index (WEAI) MIS.
Develop logical software design and software development procedures and practices for the WEAI MIS.
Program the WEAI MIS modules as needed based on the requirements.
Integrate the WEAI MIS if needed with other information systems in MAIL.
Work closely with all stakeholders involved in WEAI MIS and bring necessary modifications in the MIS if and when needed.
Provide training to all stakeholders on the WEAI MIS, troubleshoot and maintain the MIS for any errors that occur.
Develop user guide for the WEAI MIS and link it with the WEAI MIS.
Assist CBCMP Database Specialist in the implementation of E-Attendance, MPulse, OrgChart professional and AutoAudit databases.
Optimize database system for performance efficiency.
Provide on the job training to civil servants in regard to the developed WEAI MIS.
Work closely with all directorates and projects in MAIL and consult with in case there need to be modification in the existing system or new needs to modify the system.
Provide technical assistance to other team members in all directorates.
Develop standard reports and other specialized reports as maybe needed on monthly basis and other reports as maybe needed.
Certification in programming from authorized MS training center.
Report writing and communication, and facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Specialized in Microsoft Office software and database management systems.
Proficient in English, Pashto and Dari languages.
At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in database development and programing.
