Duties & Responsibilities

Provide application administration of the CMS.

Create Ad Hoc query reports directly from the database tables.

Generate reports from the CMS application

Evaluate reports generated from the CMS application with SQL queries directly from the tables to ensure CMS application is providing accurate reports.

Create reports to assist with quality control.

Develop and draw ERDs and Flowcharts.

Identify problems with the application and test after they are fixed.

Other assignments as required from SI/CMS management.

Work under supervision of Senior Database Specialist.

Job Requirements

The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree of Computer Science.

Specialization in Information Systems or Database is preferred.

He / She must also have working knowledge of Relational Databases and the ideal candidate will have experience in MySQL.

The candidate will also be knowledgeable in the use of client side technology and how to utilize this technology to access backend databases.

The candidate must have experience in creation of SQL scripts in a Relational Database structure and understand the complexities of extracting data from entity relationships.

The candidate will understand Entity Relationship Drawings (ERD) and how to use the ERD to understand the structure of the database.

The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree of Computer Science.
