Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales IP Network Engineer to join our team at AWAN Distribution. As a key member of our presales department, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing innovative IP network solutions, and providing technical expertise and support throughout the presales process. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs and drive business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and propose customized IP network solutions.
• Conduct in-depth technical discussions and presentations to articulate the features and benefits of Huawei IP networking products and solutions.
• Design and architect IP network solutions based on customer needs, incorporating Huawei's cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
• Develop detailed network diagrams, proposals, and documentation to support presales activities.
• Perform product demonstrations and proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase the capabilities of Huawei IP networking solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the evaluation and decision-making process.
• Collaborate with Huawei's product development and engineering teams to address customer feedback and enhance our IP networking offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in presales engineering, solution architecture, or network engineering roles, with a focus on IP networking.
• In-depth understanding of IP networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including routing, switching, security, and QoS.
• Hands-on experience with Huawei IP networking products and solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, HCNP, or HCIE .
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, workshops, and events.
