Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing daily marketing tasks, including content creation and market research. This role will contribute to the company's success by providing support and collaborating closely with the main digital marketing department, following established guidelines and strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Generate and present innovative marketing ideas.
  • Plan and manage online (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) and offline campaigns.
  • Oversee public relations initiatives.
  • Create and manage engaging content across platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance for improvements.
  • Enhance customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Manage the advertising budget for cost efficiency.
  • Guide product development based on market needs.
  • Manage SEO initiatives to boost online visibility.
  • Oversee social media strategies to strengthen the brand.
  • Regularly assess and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Promote the brand directly and indirectly.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing technologies and methods.
  • Manage the company website effectively.
  • Define short- and long-term marketing objectives.
  • Implement pricing strategies for products and services.
  • Foster innovation in marketing.
  • Utilize CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Design engaging advertising strategies to connect with customers.
  • Develop interactive and experiential advertising strategies.
  • Apply creativity in marketing scenario development.
  • Dedicate time daily for task planning.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly team meetings.
  • Monitor team workload and facilitate meetings.
  • Oversee review of published content.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance performance.

Content Production Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality video and photographic content for promotional and internal use.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all produced materials align with brand standards and marketing goals.

Office Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage enrollment processes for new students, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, maintaining a welcoming and productive office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Support administrative tasks and assist other team members as needed.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • 12th Grade Degree. 
  • Bachelor Degree, in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an asset (Optional).  


Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience (with 12th Grade Degree) and 1 years’ experience (with Bachelor’s Degree) 
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing tools and platforms.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).


Creative Skills:

Ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.

Strong visual and written communication skills.
