Job Summary

The incumbent of the position is responsible to extend the required technical support to the Document Control Manager G-K road Gardiz-khost project and the Quality Assurance Team to manage document control, document archiving, tracking of request for inspections and testing, and monitoring and evaluation systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

I. Document Control

o Track engineering documents to ensure all reports and technical materials are accessible and delivered to the customer
o Establish and maintain a document register to provide an explicit record of all changes and document disposition
o Provide periodic reports of document processing activities across all engineering sections
o Identify and resolve systemic document quality control, accessibility and formatting issues.

II. Monitoring and Evaluation


Assist developing key performance indicators to be reported on technical activities across sectors.

Assist in the development, revisions and implementation of performance monitoring plans.

Maintain good working relations and close communication with other departments responsible for submitting reports into AISCS

Ensure key stakeholders, users, and data providers implement the M&E systems in place effectively.

Assist in the development in the overall program M&E framework.

Assist in the development and utilization of proper reporting formats for all sectors and projects.

Prepare reports on M&E findings, as required.

Provide quality control of monitoring data in reports and entering the database.

Any other tasks assigned by the respective supervisor.

Job Requirements

At least high school graduate.

Work Experience: 3-5 years work experience in administrative roles in international donor funded engineering or construction related programs. This includes experience in document control, scheduling, and cost controls.

Skills: Good command of written and spoken English, fluency in
Dari and Pashto, ability to operate all MS office computer packages. Experience with document control and scheduling software including MS Projects or Primavera.
