i engineering Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity in Afghanistan for those who possess mentioned skillset and have performed below functions in the field of Radio network optimization. This position will support in the Radio Network Planning and Optimisation Department.
1. Network DT activities performed on the RAN covering multi-vendor/multi-technology 2G, 3G & LTE sites. ERICSSON Experience is Mandatory.
2. Detailed knowledge of all OEM parameter and feature sets as well as recommended settings, OEM KPI’s and counters, counters specific to measure subscriber experience, Handling Post Processing procedures/ guidelines.
3. Identification of KPIs relating to coverage, accessibility, mobility, integrity, and service retainability for optimization for all Radio bearers/ services including Voice and Data.
4. Proactively identify and escalate areas with network coverage issues, poor network services, loss of signal strength and data service faults on the network.
5. Customer Complaint management which includes both proactive and reactive quality improvement initiatives.
6. Coordinating with Optimization teams, scheduling daily, weekly, monthly, Ad-hoc activities to perform detailed DTs.
7. RF Coverage analysis, parameter optimizations, antenna tilt verifications and suggestions.
8. Periodic network motorway drive test campaigns in major metros, Ad-hoc drive testing for quality benchmarking and RAN Optimisation activities including Single Site Verification Test report for newly integrated sites of technologies.
9. Maintaining a parameter & customer complaint database which details all the RAN parameters under control of the Optimisation Dept.
10. Analyzed logs of Radio tools for identifying issues in the coverage and quality area.
11. Proactively identify and escalate areas with network coverage issues and faults in the network.
12. Collaborate with business support service teams to identify new potential sales areas.
13. Must have Hands-on Routine network activities.
§ Radio Network Topology Audit, Radio Network Parameter consistency checks
§ Major route drive testing, Malls, IBS/DAS, walk/drive testing.
14. Sign-off the performance acceptance as per agreed Quality Targets for all modernization projects.
15. Strong Hands-on and Knowledge of DT & Post Processing Tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo, MapInfo, Actix, GE Tools).
