Job Summary

Transfer patient and staffs of treatment center

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate transportation activities with project coordinator.
1. Ability and experience in driving and maintaining armoured vehicles desired
2. Car park management
3. Safe and responsible driving of office vehicles
4. Routine maintenance and care of office vehicles
5. Takes careful note of all available information concerning street conditions,
6. Regularly cleans the inside and outside of the office vehicle.
7. Checks oil, water, brake and clutch fluids on a daily basis; tyre pressures, battery water, and overall vehicle condition on a monthly basis; tests lights, brakes etc.
8. Responsible for project vehicle documents and its care, keeps vehicle logbook on a daily basis and registers each monthly check
9. Calculates the petrol, oil, and lubricant (POL) use on a monthly basis,
10. Reports the need for maintenance and undertakes minor repairs
11. Immediately reports any involvement of the project/office vehicle in any, even minor accidents, or any damage or theft of equipment from the vehicle.
12. Assist the administration and logistics units in procurements.
13. Strictly following the rules and regulation of the SHRO office.
14. Any other task assign through Project Coordinator or Program Officer.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum primary school grade or at least able to write and read in roman characters and to perform simple calculations.
2. Driving experience of minimal 1 year on regular basis.
3. Has legal and valid driving license.
4. Good level of Dari and Pashto knowledge.
5. Willingness to work night shift regularly.
Preference will be given to native resident.
