Job Summary

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Supervise of Early Childhood Care and Development Space student & liaise between community, school & ECCD center.
The position is located in World Vision Afghanistan Zonal Office in QIN zone.

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordination meeting with community and mobilize them to better implement of the project.

Field visit from ECCDS 3 days a week.

Conducting Health and Hygiene Trainings for Care- givers

Conducting Life Skills, Child rights and woman rights trainings for care-givers.

Participant in all training

Visit with family to interact the impacts.

Providing creative games and learning activities to ECCD children to develop the children education areas

Making sure the ECCDS are running smoothly and kids get their daily snacks on daily basis in 3 days a week.

Preparing participation timesheet and other needed documents.

Help the Project Manager to conduct baseline assessments, midterms and final evaluations.

Any other duties as delegated by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Graduated from high school;


Good communication skills

Able to work with community

Able to read, write and speak English, Dari and Pashto

Experience:


Have work experience at least 3 years on teaching

Experience working with children, especially age 6 months to 6 years old.
