ECCD Supervisor (Early Child Care Development)

Job Summary

Supervise of Early Childhood Care and Development Space student & liaise between community, school & ECCD center.

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordination meeting with community and mobilize them to better implement of the project.

Field visit from ECCDS 3 days a week.

Conducting Health and Hygiene Trainings for Care-givers

Conducting Life Skills, Child rights and woman rights trainings for care-givers.

Participant in all training

Visit with family to interact the impacts.

Providing creative games and learning activities to ECCD children to develop the children education areas

Making sure the ECCDS are running smoothly and kids get their daily snacks on daily basis in 3 days a week.

Preparing participation timesheet and other needed documents.

Help the Project Manager to conduct baseline assessments, mid-terms and final evaluations.

Any other duties as delegated by supervisor

Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED
The following knowledge, skills and abilities maybe acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education, prior experience, or on the job training:

Education

Graduated from High School Essential
Knowledge & Skills

Good communication skills Essential

Able to work with community Essential

Able to read, write and speak English, Dari and Pashto Essential
Experience

Have work experience at least 3 years on teaching Essential

Experience working with children, especially age 6 months to 6 years old . Essential
