Duties & Responsibilities

Health Check for all URP, SMSC, SMSGW, USAU, Webserver OAM nodes and all other clients to ensure services.
Detecting and troubleshooting Problems of URP, SMSC, SMSGW, USAU, Webserver OAM nodes and report to management with proper root cause of those problems.
Handling technical query and management requirement for CIN/SMCP, URP, SMSC, SMSGW, USAU, Webserver OAM and escalates different kinds to R&D for analyze & resolve the issue.
CIN/SMCP, URP, SMSC, SMSGW, USAU, Webserver OAM software & hardware inspection and performed various upgrade and configuration.
New product creation in SMAP.
Preparing various report using reporting tool and SQL.
Uploading different Patch into billing system provided by vendor.
Preparing new rate sheet, tariff plan, packages and promotion.
Supporting customer care as back office support as per SLA.
Resolving all the charging related complaints from customer care.
Doing SMS based campaigns using Broadcast RPT.
Regularly checking all the charging system, whether it charges each and every call properly or not.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science or Engineering from any reputed local or foreign university.
Minimum 8 years experienced in Telecommunication sector
Minimum 4 years experienced in Huawei CIN, SMSC, USAU
Should have strong knowledge on SS7 signaling.
Sound knowledge in USAU6600, OCS, SMSC, URP6600 is more preferable.
Sound knowledge in In formix and oracle database.
Strong written/verbal communication skills in English, Dari and Pashtu.
Strong knowledge in different programming languages like MML, XML, VXML, ASP.net, C#, PHP
