Events Coordinator FSN-05 Trainee Level FSN-04
Leads the coordination for all events taking place in the embassy, an average of 4-5 per day, 6 days/week. Coordinates the daily event set-ups and take-downs, and oversees events teams in the course of these duties. Communicates with U.S. and local staff customers regarding requests, providing set-up advice when necessary. Coordinates with Warehouse Operations Lead to assign manpower each day. Oversees all GSO Warehouse e-Service Requests; assigns requests to appropriate approvers, and approves/tracks event set-up requests. In charge of event equipment - availability/condition/ organization, and relocation between storage areas as needs arise.

VA 15-075 Full Performance Level:
Education: Completion of High school is required.
Experience: One year experience organizing and executing small projects.
VA 15-075T - Trainee Level:
Education: Completion of High school is required.
Experience: Six months experience organizing and executing small projects.
Language: English 3/2, Dari 4/4.
Knowledge: Operations of the Embassy Property processes, Management policies. Knowledge of internal organizational structure of the Embassy, including general function of each section/agency.
Abilities and Skills: Well qualified in Microsoft Office. Good oral and acceptable written communication skills. Ability to provide excellent customer service amid competing priorities. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Driving license required.
