Job Summary

The job of the Field Marketing Officer is to help the company with marketing activities that result in the increase in number of job postings and resumes on our website AfghanTalent.org. In addition to this, his primary responsibilities include training recruiters and candidates to use the website and place efficient job postings and CVs. These are only primary activities and many other activities may come up during the due course of business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Get recruiters to post their job listings on AfghanTalent.org
• Explain how to use the website and get optimum results for their employee search.
• Get candidates to post their resume on AfghanTalent.org
• Train candidates on how to use the website and post their resumes on the website
• Teach candidates on how to write an effective resume.
• Co-ordinate with candidates and CV writer to get a good quality CV written.

Job Requirements

BBA or equivalent degree preferred
Three to five years experience in sales (preferably in a recruiting firm), online portal.
Good verbal communication skills
Good writing skills in English
Good editing skills in English
Fluency in English, Dari, Pashto
Must be well versed in computers and the internet.
Must be tech savvy
Must know Microsoft office (word, excel, access), outlook
Knowledge of Html preferred
Must fit into the company culture and have a genuine respect for the core values of the company. Must be extremely organized, confident and have good presentation skills.
