Job Summary

Silsilla Consultancy Company is seeking a capable and qualified individual with extensive experience in the area of finance and budgeting.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strong understanding of public sector financing,

Familiarity with Ministry of Interior financial and budgeting department or prior experience with MoI,

Understanding of MoI strategies, objectives and vision

Knowledge of Afghan fiscal and budget law policies

Familiarity with the Ministry of Finance budget manuals and applicable guidance

Prior experience in evaluation of financial sector or specific projects

Ability to work with Afghan and International consultants

Knowledge of Kabul Process, Chicago Declaration, Tokyo Mutual Accountability Framework, Afghanistan National Development Strategy (ANDS) and other

Job Requirements

Master degree in the field of Finance, accounting or Business administration

5 to 10 years of experience in the financial sector

Previous project evaluation and or financial oversight is desirable

Strong written and communication skills in English

Leadership, management, presentation and communication skills are required

Strong analytical skills are required
