Job Summary

Finance Intern

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities


• Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions   

• Processing Internal and vendor Payments 

• Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required  

• Responsible for the updating & maintenance of financial records.    

• Keeping the record of the bills and sorting them in files & folders.     

• Perform regular cash count properly file the cash count report into its relevant folder.  

• Receivables’ management 

• Bank Reconciliations   

• Handling of reimbursement of expenses incurred by staff. 

• Provide assistance for all aspects of office financial activities.  

• Any other task assigned by the supervisor


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:


• ACCA Part qualified.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a finance department

• Basic Knowledge and experience of working in accounting software

• Seeks long-term career as a professional accountant

• Loyal, honest, hardworking, and willing to learn 

• Professional in manners and appearance

• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word

• Strong organizational skills, including effective time management and prioritization of competing priorities and multiple deadlines

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Dari, Pashto and English
