Finance Manager, Islamic Banking Window

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Day to day Management of financial operations of Islamic Banking Department, Bank-e-Millie afghan.
2. Ability handle/manage the accounting function related to Islamic Banking activities.
3. Ability to prepare accounting policy/Procedures on Islamic banking operations and knowledge of all types of Islamic Assets and Liability Products.
4. Ability to prepare Financial Statements and Shariya and Regulatory reporting, independently
5. Controlling the affairs of planning strategies for the IB Department.
6. Ensure maintain of records and filing system, keeping accurate electronic and paper filing.
7. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the work activities of finance staff.
8. Liaising with other departments in Finance issues as required.
9. Maintains financials analysis, financial planning bookkeeping, double entry system and budgeting in computer accounting system.
10. Prepare financial reports for Management as needed.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business with concentration in Islamic Finance, Accounting, Marketing or in Islamic Banking or Risk Management
•3-5 years Islamic Finance experience with a recognized Islamic financial institution.
. Proficient in written and spoken Enlgish/Pashto/Dari.
. Proficient in MS office Packages
. Knowledge of Financial softwares preferred.
