1. Preparation of Bank ledger and reconciliation of bank book and cashbook
2. Preparation of expense vouchers and JVs and enter to the Quick book
3. Preparation of financial report, monthly, quarterly and submit to Program/Operation Director
4. Keep track of bank issue slips and chqs
5. Check daily bank statements via internet and record to the bank book ledger
6. Record the revenue from sales of apartments, collecting through bank or cash weekly and report to Program/Operation Director
7. Any other tasks to be assigned by Operation Director
8. Keep record of suppliers’ balance and payments
• At lease should be holder of B (com) Degree.
• Having of 3 years experience in Finance in any International Organizations
• Full knowledge of financial software (Excel and Book pro).
• Knowledge of English language
