Day to day accounting, Bank reconciliation, Book keeping, P&L Accounts, Finalization of Balance sheet finalization, Branch Accounting.
Working knowledge in Foreign Currency transactions, Handle day to day activities in Foreign Currency booking, utilization, cancellation, Exchange gain/loss.
Leading complete accounting activities including monitoring of cash flow (Payables & receivables), Petty cash, salaries, TDS, Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Invoicing & dispatch etc. MIS Reports. Maintenance of Books of accounts relating to above accounts such as Advance, Party Sub-Ledger etc.
Maintenance & finalization of daily financial accounts on Tally.
Handling routine accounting work, in TALLY 9 & maintain records of same making payment to various parties and tally account statement with party.
Checking of Expenditures.
Checking of Revenue documents : AWB/ EXB/ MCO, Manifest.

1- As a minimum qualification the incumbent must be Commerce graduate or Post graduate from a recognized University.
2- The incumbent must possess minimum of 5 Years working experience in the Finance department of Airlines.
3- The incumbent must be proficient in Tally ERP 9 Gold and other accounting packages.
4- Willing to work late hours, handle high volume of transactions, extensive reconciliation skills, problem solving and error identifying skills, hands on experience in auditing. People management skills, Administrative skills, negotiation skills are desirable.
5- The incumbent is expected to be prompt Service, Proactive and courteous and must have expertise in MS Office, especially in Excel.
6- The incumbent must have at least level 3 English language knowledge and should have good interpersonal and communication Skills.
