Program Overview: Our 6-month internship program is tailored for young professionals poised to start their careers. Interns will experience a dynamic FMCG environment where they will:

- Receive intensive training in specific functional areas.

- Earn a fair package covering food, refreshment, transportation, mobile data, monthly food stamps, and a competitive salary as per company policy.

- Work on real-world assignments that contribute to Socha's operational goals.

- Receive mentorship from industry leaders and engage in substantial professional development.

- Collaborate in teams to enhance leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sales: Engage directly in the sales of FMCG products within Kabul's market.
• Marketing: Support market analysis and implement campaign strategies across various platforms.
• Finance: Assist with financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting tasks.
• Human Resources: Aid in recruitment and management of personnel.
• IT: Manage networking and website operations.
• Graphic Design: Create visual content for digital and other media.
• Operations & Supply Chain: Help optimize our supply chain through daily operations management.
• Laboratory: Conduct product testing and quality control.
• Production: Oversee processing and production lines.
• Research and Innovation: Design new FMCG products.

Job Requirements

• Final year students or 2022 graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, Graphic Design, Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Excellent academic record.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English.
• Computer literacy and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
