Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled React Frontend Developer to build and maintain dynamic, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for developing responsive UI components, integrating APIs, and ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of modern React practices, state management, and frontend performance optimization

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop Scalable React Applications

• Build interactive, reusable, and performant components using modern React (hooks, context, functional components).

Translate Designs into Functional UIs

• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages using HTML, CSS (e.g., Tailwind, SCSS), and JavaScript.

Manage Frontend State Efficiently

• Implement state management using tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API for complex application flows.

Integrate APIs and Backend Services

• Connect frontend components with RESTful or GraphQL APIs, handling asynchronous operations and error states cleanly.

Optimize Application Performance

• Improve rendering speed and user experience using memoization, lazy loading, code splitting, and performance profiling tools.

Ensure Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Compatibility

• Test and debug interfaces for consistency across various devices and browsers.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Follow Modern Development Practices

• Use version control (Git), participate in code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and follow CI/CD workflows.

Maintain Clean and Modular Codebase

• Adhere to best practices in code structure, naming, reusability, and documentation.

Stay Current with Frontend Trends

• Continuously learn and apply the latest tools, libraries, and React ecosystem updates.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of Experience
• School Diploma

Experience:

• 3 years of professional experience in FrontEnd development, with a strong focus on React.
