Job Summary

The establishment of the AAF has now begun to gain momentum. Unit Commanders have been selected and officers, noncommissioned officers and soldiers are now being accessed. There is an immediate need to train and coordinate aviation functions across and country to facilitate the rebuilding of Air Wings and Regional Squadrons/Detachments in order to reach and sustain Initial Operation Capability (IOC). The AAF requires specialized services in various functional areas.

Duties & Responsibilities

To assist with implementation of all fuel management programs. Assist with implementation of fuel testing and disposal procedures. Assist with implementation of accountability and forecasting. Assist with the conduct of periodic routine safety inspections. Assist with implementation of regional detachment fuel operations programs. Receive direction and guidance from the POL mentor.

Job Requirements

High School or Graduated
Liaisons /Trainers / Managers / Advisors possess the following general knowledge, skills and abilities:
Literacy: Must have the ability to read, write and speak fluent Dari, Pashto and English.
Experience: Must have at least seven (7) years of experience in the specific Military Operational Specialty (MOS). This may be demonstrated by a combination of training/certification documentation and practical work experience in classroom and informal settings.
Computer Skills: Possess computer and network systems experience with an emphasis on MS Office use.
