Job Summary

You’ll be working across the entire system architecture and be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining UI components, restful APIs, micro services and databases. You will be responsible for implementing full-stack features and collaborate with the analysts, testers, and fellow developers to plan each sprint.

To deliver excellent solutions, you should be able to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team in an agile environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

·      Write code and build scalable, testable, maintainable, and correct and performant application.

·      Design, develop, and test modules in accordance with established standards.

·      Refactor, optimize and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale.

·      Work with product owners and business analysts to assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.

·      Test and fix application bugs.

·      Designing user interactions on web pages.

·      Creating servers and databases for functionality.

·      Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

·      Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.

·      Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.

·      Designing and developing APIs.

·      Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

·      Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

·      Design client-side and server-side architecture

·      Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

·      Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

·      Test and ensure responsiveness and efficiency of the software

·      Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

·      Create security and data protection settings

·      Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

·      Write technical documentation

·      Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Job Requirements

·      BS in Computer Science or equivalent

·      Strong experience with TDD

·      Comfortable learning new technologies and tools

·      Experience with ReactJS & Different Libraries Used in React

·      Previous experience with different NodeJS frameworks like Express or Koa or Factify or Nest

·      Previous experience with Docker architecture

·      Previous experience with microservice-oriented architecture

·      Previous experience with restful APIs

·      Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB and/or Redis

·      Experience with Maps such as Google Maps, Map box, etc

·      Previous experience with Geolocation Applications

·      At least 3 years of software development experience in Node.js, including coding, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment
