Job Summary

The Role of “Senior Legal Advisor” in Television: Carrying out the organization’s legal tasks, participating in government meetings, resolving legal matters, and handling disputes between the organization and government.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Should have the ability to resolve legal disputes.
2. Should have the professional ability to resolve the organization's legal matters with the government.
3. Following up on the organization's documents with the government.
4. Participating in government meetings and having the ability to present scientific and professional arguments from legal and Sharia perspectives.
5. Having comprehensive knowledge of media laws in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
6. Having complete knowledge of relevant government institutions.

Job Requirements

1. Must be a graduate in Law (Criminal Law Department) or Sharia Faculty from Kabul University
2. Must have at least five years of experience in government relations and legal consultancy.
3. Must be fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English.
4. Must have full proficiency in computer programs.
