Job Summary

To process clearance of all imported consignments in coordination with respective governmental agencies within the stipulated timeline.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure custom clearance of al l the import consignment’s of FMIC within the stipulated deadlines in coordination with Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Finance, Pharmacy Directorate, Kabul Customs and other governmental related agencies.

2. Prepare the relevant documentation required in custom clearance and file appropriately for future reference and records.

3. Submit the complete details of the clearing charges to head of MMD, Finance and clear the advance payments immediately after clearing the consignments.

4. Support the purchase team in case of any assistance required during the purchasing.


5. Ensure the timely clearance of all imported consignments within stipulated timeline.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Economic, business management and administration

Excellent Communications skills in English and local language/s.

Good Computer skills

Good in time management and handling difficulties.
