Job Summary


Respects the MSF Charter, the labour contract and the Internal Regulation.

Duties & Responsibilities


Guarantees the respect of the limitations of access to the property under his responsibility according to instructions received by his supervisor for safety of the place, the goods and the people.

Regularly carries out a round of inspection of the zone to be kept, specially when dark has come.

If assigned to keep a door or an entry, remains near this one

Never leaves his work area unguarded and unprotected. The abandonment of post is a serious fault which will be sanctioned according to the internal regulation.

If exceptionally the guard must leave his post, he will request the permission from his supervisor who will find a substitute to him.

Does not leave his post as long as the substitute has not arrived

Ensures proper hand-over when starting and ending a shift.

Reports immediately to the supervisor any theft, damage, abuse, threat to MSF property, security problems

Doesn’t sleep while on duty. Sleeping on duty will be considered a grave misconduct which will be sanctioned according to the internal regulation

Job Requirements

Experience in similar position 2 years obligatory
Experience in intercultural context obligatory
English (Speak, just for understand the consign of the international supervisor)

Selection Steps and Chronnogram
1. September 16 – shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the written test on September 17.
2. September 17 – written test.
o Candidates who have succeeded the written test will be contacted in the afternoon to be present in the oral interview.

3. September 19 – oral interview.
4. September 22 – final result.
