Job Summary

Bilingual Medical interpreter fluent in English and Chinese. Professional appearance, strong communication, and service-oriented mindset required. Prior medical industry experience preferred but not required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interprete from Chinese to English and vice versa.
• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Translate and interpret for Chinese-speaking patients as needed.
• Assist with billing and payment processing.
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
• Handle confidential patient information with discretion and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

·        Proficient in English and Chinese, Arabic language skills will be perferable; professional appearance; excellent communication abilities.

·        Demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset, exhibits a friendly demeanor, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

·        Possesses basic problem-solving skills and can adapt quickly to handle various emergencies.

·        Prior experience in the medical industry or relevant medical qualifications are preferred; fresh candidates will also be considered.
