Afghan Women Association for Rehabilitation and Development (AWARD) is an Afghan Non-Governmental, Non-Political and not for Profit Organization dedicated to the social, civic and economic integration of Afghan Women, Person with disabilities, Returnees & IDPs, Youths and other vulnerable population in Afghanistan. AWARD been registered with Ministry of Economy under registration number# 97 in 2005.

Job Summary

The general purpose of this job is to ensure all guest house business operations, including customer services are up to the standard of the AWARD. Excellent team leadership skills and management of staff. Managing daily operations of the guesthouse: checking targeted returnees inn , and out after a specific at the same time he/ she will insure that his/her targeted guests are satisfied with AWARD’s hospitality services.

Job Requirements

Hospitality qualification (essential)

Minimum 4 years’ experience in the hospitality industry (essential)

Supervisory experience (preferred)

Revenue management (essential)

Sales experience (advantage)

Marketing experience (advantage)
