1.Ensure an efficient and effective service is provided to the clients.
2.Ensure timely and accurate submission of all documents required by other departments.
3.To prepare and review cash reconciliation work and controls.
4.Produce and maintain cash department procedures manuals.
5.Train new cashiers in bank’s system and cash procedures/manuals.
6.Supervise and motivate the staff working in cash dept.
7.To ensure that the monies received is booked into the correct accounts.
8.Through monitoring of client feedback, the employee will be expected to recommend improvements in the operational processes, procedures and products aiming to enhance efficiency where necessary.
9.To ensure that all relevant rules and regulations are adhered to in order to minimize fraud and prevent money laundering.
10.Responsible for ordering of cash/currency/cheques to meet client requirements, processing cheques into accounts and operating the vault and alarm controls.

1.University degree is preferred.
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Posse’s good organizational skills and an ability to work as part of team.
4.Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and records maintenance skills.
5.Be able to demonstrate initiative and an ability to follow instructions precisely.
6.Ability to analyse and solve problems.
7.Ability to communicate fluently, both orally and in writing in English, Dari & Pashto.
8.Familiar with a variety of computer applications.
9.Fast and accurate data entry skills.
