Develop and implement marketing and branding strategy(ies) for the Marketing & Business Development of the APPF, taking into account its current profile within the APPF. This strategy (ies) will define, strengthen and promote the brand and effectively market APPF’s services/products.
Coordinate and manage the preparation, publication and dissemination of APPF knowledge services, in consultation with the DG Business to determine the best media to achieve its dissemination goals.
Conduct/implement effective knowledge management practices for the marketing team, and drive the communication and dissemination of marketing knowledge projects and activities within the APPF Staff.
Manage and implement a strategy to increase APPF visibility within the country, via events (workshops, conferences, brown bag lunches, events, etc), Medial, publications, meetings, etc.
Develop APPF’s communication materials, including press kits, fact sheets, brochures and graphic work. This will include the necessary video editing, proof-reading and copy editing.
Assist in tracking and effectively communicating the results and impact of APPF’s work, via web-bases tools or any other means for effective reporting and demonstration of APPF’s value and impact.
To raise the APPF’s awareness of market perceptions
Prepare any required updates to APPF’s Communications Strategy.
Getting daily report from Call Center and direct the Call center team

Bachelor\\\'s or undergraduate degree BBA, Public Administration or any other degree related to the field. 5 to 10 years Experience in Marketing and 3 years in Managerial positions
Above average oral and written communication skills in Dari or Pashto and English.
Broad knowledge and experience in Marketing, Communication and Production.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Marketing staff members.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company Board of Directors
Excellent computer skills
General knowledge of various types of Marketing.
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills.
