Job Summary

A.GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The HEMIS Data Entry and Training specialist will be based at the MOHE HEMIS and work closely with the Universities employees to build their capacity to implement HEMIS system. This is a six month contract position. There are 2 open positions for this post.

The HEMIS Data Entry and Training specialist will be responsible to travel to provinces’ universities to train university administration employees to collect data, computerize and enter it to HEMIS system. Specifically, the HEMIS Data Entry and Training specialist will:

Duties & Responsibilities

B.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Attend HEMIS system related trainings at the HEMIS central office
2.Conduct HEMIS trainings for provinces’ universities employees
3.Universities data gathering which includes: HR, student’s affairs, curriculum, and organizational chart information.
4.Computerizing the gathered data into HEMIS system
5.Providing progress and final reports to MoHE IT department.

Job Requirements

C.QUALIFICATIONS

1.Bachelor university degree in IT, minimum 2 years IT diploma
2.good Language proficiency in the national language, English
3.good communication skills
4.Familiar with database, web and training skills
5.1 year of experience
6.Must be willing to travel to provinces’ universities

D.SUPERVISION RECEIVED
The HEMIS project manager will provide direct supervision.
E.SUPERVISION EXERCISED
This position will not provide direct supervision over anyone.
