Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Housekeeper to maintain a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will ensure that our office environment is welcoming and hygienic for all employees and visitors.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to Head office
• Empty and wash out bins in all rooms.
• Tidy and dust Offices.
• Cleaning of desks and office equipment existing on the premises.
• Washes dishes in kitchens and helps cook/s as needed
• Vacuum carpets.
• Clean DR-Site toilets and hand basins.
• Wash floors, kitchen, and bathroom.
• Wipe around surface in kitchen.
• Monitor cleaning supplies to prevent shortages and ensure timely replenishment.
• Damp dust where appropriate.
• Keep a check on cleaning materials and re-order via the supervisor.
• Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
• May require flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings.

Job Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:       

-      Secondary School (12 graduate is preferred)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

-      At least 1-year experience in relevant field.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

-      Ability to read and understand

-      Communication skills

-      Able to work under pressure

-      Maintain hygiene environment
