the HR Manager will report directly to the chief financial officer and manage the HR team. The HR Manager will provide overall policy guidance and direction for the HR department and recruitment process while the HR Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the department.
1.Management of staff including Recruitment, vacancy announcements, making recommendations on recruitment, cross checking of references, arrangements for orientations and trainings.
2.Assist with interviews, when necessary, and in short listing of candidates for key positions.
3.Advise and assist in reviewing and monitor employment contracts for all staff.
4.Oversee performance appraisals and notify line managers accordingly.
5.Ensure proper/oriented recruitment and termination procedures for relevant staff.
6.Make detail lists of and describes information of the staff and report.
7.Drafting letter of offer and other correspondence HR related, when needed.
8.Maintain an up-to-date HR Policy and Procedure manual and personal records of all employees.
9.Interprets rules and regulations, policies and procedures regarding personnel actions for support staff, and applicants.
10.To supervise and monitor daily and monthly attendance, annual leave and sick leave/other absence and ensure that attendance records are kept accurate, up-to-date and legible.
11.Issuing confirmation/extension or termination letters to related staff on timely basis.
12.Creating and preparing organization charts i.e. departments, divisions and areas.
13.Transmission of updated information of employees to the finance and accounts departments.
14.Prepare employment contracts for newly hired employees and ensure proper documentation of the employee records.
15.Conducting orientation of newly hired staff for better understanding of office and coworkers.
16.Remain open to the comments & feedback received from staff or departments and consider them on due time.
17.Providing guidelines on HR issues to all staff on timely manners.
Bachelor degrees Specialist in Human resource Management
Knowledge of national/international rules and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Strong self-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Written and spoken fluency in Dari or Pashto and English is strongly required
Knowledge of MS Office and internet package
