The Huawei Solution Sales Director for the Afghanistan office is responsible for leading and driving sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of Huawei’s solutions in the region. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and offering tailored ICT solutions, including telecommunications, enterprise, and digital power products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in Afghanistan.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including, enterprises, and telecom operators.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and delivery teams, to ensure the alignment of solutions with customer needs.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adapt sales strategies effectively.
• Represent Huawei at local industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
• Bechelor’s degree in Electrical automation.
• Minimum of (7 years of experience in solution sales, business development, or a similar role within the ICT industry.
• Strong knowledge of ICT solutions, including telecommunications networks, enterprise services, and digital energy solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Afghan market and ability to navigate cultural and business nuances.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Results-driven and customer-focused with a strong ability to build lasting relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving business environments.
• Strong team player with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse sales team.
