Job Summary

The HR Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources tasks including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, training coordination, and enforcing company policies. This role acts as a key liaison between management and staff, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with labor laws.


Duties & Responsibilities

The duty and responsibility of Human Resource officer are including but not limited to the below listed items:

  • Assist in recruiting, screening, interviewing, and on boarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure all new hire paperwork is complete.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee welfare activities.
  • Any other tasks may be directed by the supervisor.


Job Requirements

 

  • The applicant shall have at least 5 years of related working experience in Human Resource.
  • The applicant shall have at least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Applicants with Master degrees shall be preferred.
  • The applicant shall have the ability to read, write and speak the Turkish and English languages fluently.
  • Fluency in Afghan national languages is also essential.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience (more for senior roles).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • The applicant shall be able for traveling to the provinces within the country for the periods that will be specified by 77 Construction top management.

 

 

Qualification Requirement

  • The applicant shall have at least bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum 5 years of related working experience in Human Resources. The applicants with master degrees will be preferred.

Job Location:

  • The job location is mainly in 77 Construction’s Kabul Main Office. Travelling to the provinces and projects shall be required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or related field.
