Coffey International is seeking an experienced HR professional to work on the Strategic Support to Ministry of Interior Project funded by the UK Department for International Development.
The post will be located within the HR dept of the Ministry of Interior and will have the following responsibilities working closely with the civilian HR Director (Ag), his staff and Appointments Board;
1)Draft and agree with the MOI and Appointments Board, IARCSC a revised civilian recruitment plan designed to recruit at least 60% of the approved tashkeel by June 2012.
2)To successfully drive forward the plan to achieve the above target.
3)To train all relevant personnel in the recruitment process with due regard to the civil servants law and civil servants regulations.
4)To liaise with end user departments in the Ministry, involving them closely to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
5)To advise on the development of Human Resource management processes and systems, including....HR analysis, capacity building, performance appraisal and data collating.
1)Have a thorough understanding and at least three years’ experience of the IARCSC Pay and Grading Project.
2)Have experience of delivering training workshops, coaching and on–the_job training.
3)Experience of interacting with Ministry officials up to Ministerial level.
4)Good influencing skills
5)English language skills will be an advantage.
