Job Summary

The Human Resources officer assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR officer carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: HRIS, training and development, benefits, compensation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Liaising with insurance provider company.
  2. Keeping track of Heath Insurance related documentations and necessary follow up.
  3. Support in implementation of rotation plan and tracking.
  4. Maintain and regularly update leave and attendance records of Staff
  5. Assist in internship program process.
  6. Conduct exit interview of staff with HR head.
  7. Assist and guide staff for exit clearances.
  8. Keep tract of Staff overtimes and per-diems, record keeping, and reporting the same for payroll process. 
  9. Coordinate with HRMS related issues.
  10. Updating HR records of staff on any changes such as promotions, shifting, separations, etc.
  11. Exercise confidentially and discretion with the areas of assignment is expected.
  12.  Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  13. Display honest, trustworthy and ethical behavior when dealing with internal and external customers.
  14. Perform any other duty related to HR assigned by Head of HR.

Job Requirements

Education

·        Diploma in Business Administration (DBA) or any other diploma in related field.

·        Bachelor Degree in Management or related field would be preferred

Experience

One to two years of general business experience, Human Resources experience preferred

·        Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
