Duties & Responsibilities

• To draft and implement distribution road map to ensure in line with the business plan.
• Exceed the sales target thru effective distribution management- both in terms of revenue and gross adds.
• To ensure availability and visibility of the brand across the country.
• To arbitrate with customer service on all serious disagreements with customers and to bring all such disagreements to the speediest possible conclusion which is satisfactory to the company and the customer
• Establish and agree with each distributor the targets and objectives.
• Define market potential, identify primary and secondary targets
• Define and present short and medium range sales forecasts.
• Assure the satisfactory performance level of the department and of each sales executive in the department.
• Responsible for preparation and tracking of periodic sales reports
• Market intelligence
• carries out such duties as may become necessary from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department

Job Requirements

• Bachelors /masters degree preferably in business
• Previous experience in setting up nationwide distribution network
